Clifford Neal Prescott

Mr. Prescott holds the following scientific and management degrees: B.S., Civil Engineering the University of Texas in Austin; Executive MBA from Rice University in Houston, Texas; and has over 100 professional publications, including 12 technical patents for oil & gas facilities .  He was recently recognized by World Oil magazine in 2016 as a finalist in two categories:  Best Production Technology and Lifetime Achievement.

Mr. Prescott was awarded the Rice Global E&C Forum 2014 Award for "Best Production Technology, and Excellence in Innovation" for work with the US Department of Energy in oil, gas and water separation systems.

Extensive international and domestic experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of offshore and onshore oil & gas facilities.  Involvement in the industry includes executive, project and construction management for owner-operator and engineer-contractor.  He was responsible for the planning, contracts, negotiations and development for the exploration and development of crude oil for two onshore concessions in the Far East totaling 30,000 sq. km of area.

He was responsible for the planning, engineering, design and construction of production facilities for secondary gas recovery on the Texas Gulf Coast for an independent oil company where pioneered co-production techniques were used, which involved down-hole recovery and brine disposal in water flood reservoirs with the GRI (Gas Research Institute).

He has over fifty years’ experience in the design, fabrication, and installation of offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities from exploration, drilling and production to offshore, arctic and deep-water project developments with numerous international assignments in Philippines, Vietnam, Alaska, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Taiwan, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, the North Sea, England, Canada, the Gulf of Mexico and Texas.  He has also been involved with projects in all major offshore industry centers through-out the world.

Bill McDonald

Bill McDonald is a Consulting Counsel at Holland & Knight LLP.  He is the Senior Counsel for P&I Energy, responsible for contracts, legal affairs and strategic advice.  As a Partner in Thompson & Knight LLP, a Houston, Texas based company, they were elected as the Best Law Firm for Oil and Gas in Houston for 2018.

Bill McDonald focuses his practice on advising clients concerning corporate and securities matters in the oil, gas, and other mineral sectors, as well as in related technology fields.  Bill assists clients in organizing private equity funds, as well as in cross-border mergers, related private and public securities matters, and project finance matters, including infrastructure projects.  Advising clients in matters around the globe, Bill has particular expertise in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and Canada

He is an accomplished talent in identifying, analyzing, interpreting and capitalizing on value creation opportunities within the energy sector.  He is a highly professional and creative problem solver delivering responsive capital solutions and strategic guidance as a principal investor and trusted adviser to a diverse base of energy clients.

Midgard Capital is a boutique financial advisory and consulting firm focused on upstream and midstream energy companies. Providing not only capital formation advisory but also business consulting including financial management, risk management, project analysis, modeling, hedging and transactional support services.  Past experience with J.P. George Payne

Mr. Payne has over thirty-eight years of Onshore/Offshore design and engineering experience in the following industries: Engineering and Construction, Environmental Consultants and Construction, and Oil Field Design & Fabrication.  His background is multi-discipline ranging from Civil/Structural/Piping/Pipeline/Naval Architecture using metric, engineering, architectural and navigational units of measurements to Mechanical drawings utilizing geometric tolerance; design experience includes both office and construction site environments.; Familiar with industry standards and codes (ANSI, MMS, OSHA, DNV, ASME). Able to assist in the development of project specific CTRs and Basis of Design, working knowledge of typical project QA/QC requirements and self sufficient when required automate redundant design procedures needed to generate department deliverables. Fabrication and Construction Management experience.

Dr. Paul Jukes

Dr. Jukes is Vice President of Engineering. Dr. Jukes will be responsible for engineering solutions for our field development projects and leads a team of technical subject mater experts that supply this support. He has obtained a high level of education and industry achievement with PhD., MBA, C Eng, FIMarEST, FIMechE, FEI and FCMI. Dr. Paul Jukes has over twenty years’ experience in the oil and gas industry. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Structural Mechanics, and a PhD in Structural Engineering from the University of Sussex. He has an MBA and is a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology, and a Fellow of The Institution of Mechanical Engineers, a Fellow of The Energy Institute, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Dr. Jukes has published over 120 journal and conference papers.

Dr. Jeff Zhang

Dr. Zhang is Vice President of Technology and Innovation. Dr. Zhang holds multiple patents in production separation technology and in advanced sensing technology using to monitor fluid flow in pipelines and flow-lines. He has worked on two US Department of Energy sponsored projects involving production separation and developed unique sensor technology to record amount of oil in flow stream discharge and has a patent on his invention, which is applicable to both onshore and offshore field developments. He is dedicated to innovation and advancements in technology for the oil and gas industry. He has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston.
